Ways to Motivate Yourself in Time of Crisis.

Staying positive doesn't mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on hard days you know that better ones are coming.


First of all, the crisis period is there for everyone, and each one of us is suffering from it at different times. We all know that by stepping out of our homes is not safe but also without stepping out, we won't be able to earn. Some people are doing work from home, but the poor people have to go outside and work, these people are facing a crisis more than anybody and even have to risk their life's daily.

But we all know that this period will end and a new shiny bright period is on is the way. We have to become patient and be confident and wait for the period to end. We need to take all the precautions as per the government to protect our self from this virus.


We have to motivate ourself to fight from this problem. We could do things at home which we weren't able to do before:-

1. Work on our hobbies
2. Spending more time with loved ones
3. Focus on positive things
4. Plan and set your priorities

The most important thing is not to be depressed! If you are feeling to have symptoms of depression, then call someone whom you trust the most and let out your pain. It can make you only feel better. We all know bad times are there but good times are also there we can show patience. We have to keep motivating ourselves. We all know when something negative happens, good things also happen. So show patience and be happy.
