5 Beneficial Uses of Dictionary

Many of you might say that dictionaries are quite useless and old school. In fact, some of you might also mock people who use them. I mean what is the use of a dictionary when you have goggle right? Well, No! You are wrong. It is really important for us to have a dictionary. In today’s time when almost everything is digital, it is quite pleasing and good for the eyes to not be on the screen all the time. Having a dictionary can be really helpful. It is not necessary that it should be a bulk dictionary or anything it is just that it should be there, In fact, I would recommend that all parents should buy their kids pocket dictionaries. Those are not very costly and are quite easy to carry. Dictionaries can be really useful in places such as schools where you are not allowed to carry your hones or places such as old village areas where Wi-Fi won’t be available. So, in the end, I would like to say, that no matter how old a thing is it is not necessary that it is useless. We should always carry a dictionary along with us. It does matter if they are old for ‘Old is God’ is it not? So if next time a friend or a colleague makes fun of you for carrying a dictionary around tell them that ‘Old is Gold.’ Or you could always tell them some tough word from the dictionary and surprise them. Another way could be telling them that if they always throw old things away why are they still here? For they are defiantly older than a five-year-old baby.
