Politically, the struggle for women to gain power as they have been trying to get a seat at the political table has been long. Despite how much has been achieved in terms of gender equality in political leadership roles, the gender gap seems to still be ubiquitous given the wide coverage of the world. The findings have indicated that nations with intensive women's political participation are usually well-governed, with less corruption, fewer inequalities, and greater spending on social protection. As we make women's regard as valuable and their voice as being heard in making rules the world tends to be safer, inclusive, and fair for all.
