General News | Jun-30-2022
The Universe is in everything from the tiniest particles to the largest galaxies to the very existence of space, time, and life. But how this universe came into existence and what was its origin is still a Big Mystery. "The Birth of the Universe" is a concept that all the scientists and space explorers of the world keep arguing about. It is believed that the origin of the universe is the origin of everything. There are multiple scientific theories and the creation of myths around the globe that tried to explain the 'Universe's Mysterious Genesis'. However, the most widely accepted explanation of "The Birth of the Universe" is the: "Big Bang Theory".
The Big Bang Theory states that: "the universe began as a hot and infinitely dense point, Only a few millimeters wide it was similar to a supercharged black hole. About 13.7 billion years ago this tiny singularity exploded violently. And it is from this explosion, this Bang, that all matter, energy, space, and time were created.
After this Band, two major stages took place related to the Universe's Evolution. These were the Radiation Era and the Matter Era. These are defined by key events that help to shape the universe.
First came the Radiation Era which is named for the dominance of radiation right after the Big Bang. This Era is made of smaller stages known as 'Epochs' that occurred within the universe's first 10000 years. These Epochs include Planck, Grand Unified, Inflationary, Electroweak, Quark, Hardon, Lepton, and most importantly Nuclear.
The Universe's new ability to form matter which is the building block of elements queued the Matter Era. And as the name suggests the Matter Era is defined by the presence and predominance of matter in the Universe which features 3 Epochs: Atomic, Galactic and Stellar.
