How to Spread World Peace?

Peace can be spread in the world by love and understanding. Love and understanding play an important role in spreading peace in the world. Nowadays, every person needs peace in his or her life. Because everyone is busy in maintaining his life and fulfilling his family needs. A person can overcome anxiety and loneliness with the help of peace. Peace can be obtained by spreading love in our society. If we spread love and understanding in our society then it can help in spreading peace. We can spread peace by helping needy persons, by taking care of our neighbors and poor persons. This leads us to peace.  If someone wants peace in life, once he should try to help others who are unknown to him. He definitely gets happiness and peace. If you saw someone in trouble you can help him/her in whatever way you can this will help you in gaining peace. We can teach our children about humanity and non-violence, this will lead to a beautiful understanding in their minds and with the help of that, they will help everyone who needs help. we can teach our children, that they should respect their elders, this will make their soul pure. They can understand everyone's feelings and thoughts. And the best way to spread peace in the world is to attain peace of mind. And this can be done by meditation, self-introspection, and self-determination. Peace can be obtained by doing our loved things which makes us happy and helps in attaining peace.
