Least Played Sport in India

India is a country in which you can see a variety of sports. Different people play different sports according to their liking and capabilities. Some of the most common sports played in India are cricket, basketball, football, hockey, chess, table-tennis, kho-kho, and so many more!! But still, there are a few sports that are not played in India,
Some of them being lacrosse and rugby. It is quite hard and almost impossible to find someone who these kinds of sports in India.
Lacrosse is a sport that is played using a stick and a small ball. It is very similar to football except it uses sticks. So you could say that it is field hockey played with a ball. Rugby is also known as American football and is quiet and interesting came.
Rugby and Lacrosse are both sports that require a good aim, a well-built body, and agility. Rugby and Lacrosse are very popular in many countries though not in India.
Some countries have school teams for these sports and they are loved and played just like cricket in India.
But one very sad thing is that even though India plays a variety of different sports such as cricket, basketball, football, chess , table-tennis, and kho-kho and these sports are well known and popular in India, the youth fail to know India’s own national sport that is hockey. Hockey is the national sport of India and still scares in the country!
