The Best Physical Activities

The COVID 19 pandemic spread across made us realize that our health, both physical and mental is the most important thing and that it should be our priority, no matter how busy we are. This pandemic also taught us that our health and that of the people we love is way more important than money, health is ultimate wealth and that money can't buy lives and good health.
While mental health has started gaining importance recently, it can be achieved but engaging in things we like, avoiding stress, and including some healthy practices like yoga and meditation in our routines. Apart from this, physical health and fitness also play a vital role. It can be achieved by including some kind of physical activity in our routines and eating healthy food, a balanced diet.
Some of the best physical activities we can engage ourselves in include:
Sticking to a sport you like: If you're among the people who have any sport like badminton, swimming, cricket, or football as a hobby, then sticking to it, adding it to your routine, practicing it, and nurturing it is the best.
Exercising: A 20-minute workout that includes some basic exercises based on your age and preferences is a great start. Turning it into a fun music workout might help you stick to it for long.
Walking or Jogging: Walking, power walking, or jogging daily for a while is a good physical activity. The best thing is that even senior citizens can enjoy a morning or evening walk daily.
Dance or Aerobics: Another hobby-based physical activity, dance, Zumba, or aerobics is an amazing way to burn calories and show some moves, both at once.
Cycling: A nice cardio, cycling is my favorite physical activity. Mainly because it allows one to feel the weather, enjoy the breeze and stay fit while riding the bike.
Thus, choosing one physical activity, based on what you're comfortable doing and like is very important for everyone, regardless of their time crunch.
