Physical and mental health is very important. Sports help to empower the youth in various ways. Sports are key for good health. People who participate in sports do exercises and eat healthy food lead a happier life. Nowadays, the young generation believes in smart work more than hard work. Engaging in sports helps to maintain good eating habits and a healthy body and mind. When children do sports they are sure to learn discipline and gain confidence.

In sports, we have a team to support us. Schools provide different kinds of sports like cricket, badminton, football, etc because they want students to be physically active, and plenty of students who don't even run. People get tired quickly because they have low stamina. As we all know, to live a relaxed life, we all need a healthy brain and a healthy body. Sports have great importance in our lives; many people see sports as a career. There are many stressful situations during studies. In such a situation, sports is a better way to relieve this tension. It teaches everyone to work in a team and learn team collaboration and team building.

Nowadays people deal with mental illness anxiety attacks, depression because of a lack of interaction and they also feel insecure about their bodies. The idea of being fat or skinny kills them internally. Motivating children to be a part of sports and physical activities is very important for a fit body and mind. Physical activities to some extent may help people with depression and anxiety. Mental illness has the power to change the routine of a person negatively. It plays an important role in the management of symptoms of depression. This has been proven in research. Yoga is another very powerful tool. Yoga is a good tool to reduce mental stress. People who do Yoga regularly experience fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Experts say that everyone must regularly engage in sports activities. Mental illness is a disorder that changes a person's thinking, mood, feelings. We also know that physical activity performed at an outdoor location can improve our perception. Physical activity has a good effect on mood. Even if you walk for 30 to 45 minutes every day, it can create a very positive impact on your daily routine. It is important to know that physical and mental health goes simultaneously. It, therefore, becomes very essential to lead a healthy life.
