The cardiovascular system is the system that transports blood through blood vessels. The heart carries oxygen and nutrients throughout your body by pumping blood. To live a healthy life, everyone should eat well and exercise regularly. Cardiovascular disease is also known as the failure of a heart or heart attack. Cardiovascular disease includes hypertension, stroke, and muscle dysfunction. It also includes conditions in which a blood vessel becomes tight or blocked. Stress can be avoided by using relaxation techniques. By practicing yoga, exercise, etc., anyone can improve cardiovascular health and maintain good weight control.
