What I Want To Be In Life

After completing the 10th standard there were so many confusions around me regarding what I want to do in my life. I wanted to take science as I enjoy this subject but my parents told me that humanities is an emerging subject and there are so many career opportunities if I take humanities as a subject in 11th standard, so I took humanities. After taking humanities I started exploring many career opportunities and I was amazed by those opportunities. Opportunities I explored were:- law, fine arts, psychology, psychiatrist, you can work in international relations if you like political science and there is a never-ending list of opportunities in humanities.

I wanted to learn the language and want to work in MNCs or international relations with other countries. I specifically chose the Korean language as this language is in demand and because the Korean film and music industry is getting so popular in India many people are in favor of learning this language as a hobby. My parents are also supporting me and I am a girl, so this career choice is good for me. It was not easy for me to find a suitable career option for myself. I did lots and lots of research and tried many things to know what I want to do. I am also good at cooking. I started cooking when I was about 7 or 8 years old and till now I can cook almost everything and my family and friends love the dishes I cook. So I have also taken cooking as a career. I can work in a big hotel's kitchen or a restaurant or maybe I can open my restaurant one day. So I am improving my cooking skills as well. I take cooking as my hobby. Whenever I feel stressed, I go to the kitchen and start making new dishes.

I believe that whatever you are good at and enjoy doing it then you should use it in your career path. If you find difficulty and confusion knowing what you are good at then take help from your family members, teachers, and friends because they are the only ones who can make you realize your actual talent. My mother helped me realize that I can take cooking as a career option in my life as cooking is my skill, talent, and my hobby. I can work in a hotel's kitchen or at a restaurant or maybe I can open my restaurant one day. I believe in myself and I am trying my best to achieve my goals in life.
