The Never Ending Passion Of Kendrick Perkins

Kendrick Perkins who has a never ending passion of football in him.  At the age of 33, three years have been removed from his last full-time NBA role yet Perkin has not given up on being the part of NBA environment. He jumped upon the opportunity to join the Cavaliers as a sort of helper/coach/mentor/enforcer as he has signed the deal in the past April.

His dedication and passion towards Basketball is undoubted. Perkin has shared and played shoulder to shoulder with Paul Pierce, Kevin Granett, Ray Allen, and Rajon Rondo. At present this isn’t an NBA game, but rather a pickup game between a group of the Cavaliers’ little-used players and team staff following the team’s practice prior to Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Celtics. “Real talk, man, you was terrible out there today,” Perkins screamed at Potapenko during a game. Perkin said “It feels good, because you don’t want to take any situation for granted or have any regrets,”“I feel good about being here. The good thing about it, through adversity, this team in past years has basically swept through the East, but this year it’s kind of been challenging. And that’s a good thing. I like to have to work for things. That’s what’s going on at this point, we actually have to earn the win and it’s not handed to us.”
