Do you know what is a country is like? I know most people might not know. So, a country is a particular nation with its own government, occupying a particular territory. There are lots of countries in this world like India, Australia, China, etc but do you know the largest one? It’s Russia by the area of 17.1 million km2. Let’s know in detail, Russia is a transcontinental country located in Eastern Europe and northern Asia. Its population is around 14.45 crores and its 11th richest country in the world. Just like any country, Russia has its own president. His name is Vladimir Putin. Do you know? 60% of the total area of Russia is covered with forest and the interesting thing is half of the forest is inhabitable for humans. Also, Russia has its coldest town in the world. The town of Oymyakon, in the Yakutia region, Siberia, is considered to be one of the coldest inhabited towns on Earth. The coldest temperature was recorded in 1938 at a jaw-dropping -77.8°C (-108°F) in Russia. You might be thinking that where India ranks in terms of area. So, India is the7th largest country in the world by 3.287 million km2. Russia is around 6 times bigger than India. Also, Russia knew its area in 1897. Do you know the advantages of a larger area?
The advantages are: Population won’t matter too much and the area can be left for farming. Still, Population growth can lead to problems in areas just like India, Bangladesh, China, etc. So, what I think is should try to stop the overpopulation and one more thing I want to say that Our world is lucky because it never faced overpopulation or else the world end way before but because epidemics world’s population stopped and epidemic also stop in a particular time. There is still are a chance to stop overpopulation.
