Black Tea for Weight Loss

Today we are living in a very fast world where everything is fast, whether it is traffic or our food. Obesity is the result of our wrong food habits, lifestyle, working pattern and sleeping behaviour. People go through a tough pain while attempting to reduce their weight by exercising. The medicines that challenge to reduce the weight in a few days, weeks or months, also have so many side effects. The researchers of UCLA have demonstrated that black tea may be effective in weight loss and provide in other health benefits by changing bacteria in the Intestine. After a research done on mice, the scientists proved that black tea circulates energy metabolism in the liver by changing gut metabolites of our body. The recent results show that black tea polyphenols are too large to be absorbed in the small intestine, and thus, it stimulates the growth of gut bacterium. They also help in the formation of short-chain fatty acids that alters the energy metabolism in the liver of the person. It is also said that green tea also helps in weight loss as its polyphenols are more effective and give more health benefits than black tea. Green tea is more effective as its chemicals are absorbed into the blood and tissue. Black tea and green tea both induce the growth of good microorganisms that contribute to a person's good health.
