
Cardio Tennis is the New Way to Workout

A new form of tennis has become a trend these days. This new form of tennis is cardio tennis which is really fun. It is a sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and is open to people of all ages and abilities.
Cardio Tennis is supported by music and qualified instructors. The individuals playing cardio tennis will get opportunities to hit lots of tennis balls during a tennis class and will also receive a great cardio workout at the same time. The cardio tennis instructor will indulge individuals into a 60 minute class that consists of a short warm up and cool down. It is done on the either side of a 40 minute full body workout. Cardio Tennis consists of a warm up session, then an aerobic section and a tennis section and finally a cool down process.
Just carry your own racket if you have one, but if you don’t have one, then borrow one from your Cardio Tennis venue. Also wear comfortable gym kit and trainers.
