CBSE: Class 9 and 11 Exam Registrations
Editorials News | Oct-10-2018
The exam registration process for class 9 and 11 for the academic session 2018-2019, have begun as announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
The circular has been sent so that all affiliated schools get themselves registered before the students can fill up their forms online for their registration. It is mandatory that all the schools use the “Affiliation Number” as user id which is already available with them.
With the latest ruling by the Supreme Court, adhaar number is no longer mandatory for the registration as it was before. The students who do not have an “Adhaar number” can use their passport number, ration card number, bank account number or any other government valid identity number. However, a field has been provided by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
The schools which have recently affiliated themselves with Central Board of Secondary Education should contact the concerned CBSE regional office to obtain a password, which they need to change the password for future use and should be kept confidential so that it is not misused. Keeping the password safe will be the responsibility of the schools.
