Technology now a day's is amending the Outlook of teaching and learning. Textbooks look like getting extinction, while maker spaces are putting up to be highly common and communication between teachers and students has never been so flexible and convenient. Technology today is really unavoidable, and some teachers may face hindrances and discomfort while accepting the changes are coming their way fastly but in the wake of these advancements, most teachers want to makeover their potential of teaching. Teachers who are successfully using technology to grow their students share some important keynotes:
Technology brings flexibility- It can be beautiful, nurturing, enriching and game-changing for students. For struggling learner's technology can work as a savior. It can be an unmatchable research tool to develop and figure out the problem. But technology can be hazardous. Sometimes Technical glitches, continuous internet connection, or a twisted thing can break a way to learning. While teachers who are successfully using technology needs to be flexible; they have a backup plan for when things go unexpected, they comfort students to learn new procedures and apps, and they are willing to adjust the methods if something is not working.
Teachers develop a Growth Mindset- Putting up a growth mindset signifies that you are convenient enough of learning and growing and things will get better every day. It is also essential as to when one needs integrating the technology. Like anything worthwhile, integrating the technology into your classroom cannot be that easy.
Teachers understand more to the Students- Listening to student and getting their feedback helps the teacher to basically figure out that which technology or application is required. By using technology teachers can make learning much of a student-oriented thing as the teacher learn how to seek out information for them.
Teachers adopt the Change- As Technology tends to improve and change with the heat of time and need as well as flaws is corrected. That basically means that teachers who can successfully implement the changes in technology must also change and improve themselves with time. Teachers so before bringing technology into their classrooms be well aware and takes the respective measure to learn the adaptive things and make it to their art and see change not as a complexity, but as a growth opportunity.
Technology may help to plan future- At Successfully implementation of the technology into a classroom is not something that happens on its own, it requires propper planning and ability to grasp. Incorporating the technology also requires an attitude for careful research as to which way a particular lesson can be made more enjoyable and can be learned easily. It requires knowledge of what kind of new things in technology are available, and what is needed to bring them on a good note to perform well in various environments.
