According to studies it has been found out that Depression is an illness that increasingly is afflicting people worldwide the illness has no such complexities but definitely interferes with confidence, motivation and overall personality of an individual. This drastically hinders his mind and is therefore unable him to give good output in his work or also as a citizen. Many other aspects of everyday functioning are also affected because of depression.
The complex disorder not only involves brain and anxiety issues but also incorporates many systems of the body, including the immune system in any way either it can be a cause or an effect. People especially in India are living in a myth that depression is not an illness and is caused due to personal reasons, although this is not completely true. Rather, depression likely results from a combination of genetic, biologic, environmental, and psychological factors. There are various types of depressions that require a medical help and can be treated easily. Major negative experiences like some kind of trauma, loss of a loved one, a difficult relationship, or any situation that was stressful and that overwhelms the ability to cope—may trigger a depressive episode. Subsequent depressive episodes may occur with or without an obvious trigger and are of higher intensity.
Depression has a relation from our health too. Studies suggest, Mental anguish is hard on your health. People who are suffering from depression have three times the risk of experiencing a cardiac event as compared to normal human beings. In fact, depression affects the entire body, even some kinds of cancer can also get induced if you are a continuous sufferer of depression.
Those suffering from depression are also liable to experience higher rates of diabetes and osteoporosis. thus we a simple common word can be so dangerous to us. the simple technique to get rid of it is calling for medical health as soon as one notices any of the symptoms, so that our world can be a positive and happy place to live.
