Equal wage for equal game is about making sure that everyone is getting the same wage as equal in a sport whether it is a man or woman. We can see that in some sports male athletes are getting more and female athletes are getting as compared to male wages and we can also see the opposite that females get paid more and men get paid less. The way to solve this is simple first we need to spread the gender wage gap awareness to all athletes and people and also teach the people about this situation. The second thing is trying to attend most of the female sports and support them with their merchandise and so on. third way is to encourage the sponsors to invest money in female athletes or their sports teams. the fourth way is the give more advertisements about female sports and do more campaign

There are many good things about closing the gender wage gap. When female athletes are more valued and get paid equally. This will send powerful information about gender equality and the young girls get more interested in becoming athletes and it increase the country's winnings in sports.
