Bali is an Indonesian island well popular for its tree – covered volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, beaches and coral ridges. The island is home to devotional sites such as Cliffside Uluwatu Temple. To the south, the beachside city of Kuta has lively bars, while Seminyak, Sanur and Nusa Dua are well famous resort towns. The island is also known for its meditation and yoga culture.
1. In the Amazon of seas
The place in which Bali is placed is utterly interesting and is called Coral Triangle. Coral Triangle gets water from west of Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea and Timor and that’s why the area is like the Amazon of seas.
The location is the only reason behind Bali’s diverse marine life.
2. Hindu Majority
The world’s largest Muslim country is Indonesia. But surprisingly it is most popular island; Bali has a Hindu majority population. So, people who love pigs can enjoy suckling roast pig here which is otherwise off limit in other parts of the country.
3. Twin volcanoes
There are two volcanoes in Bali, a 5,600 feet high named as Mount Bator and the other is Mount Agung which is 10,000 feet high. After all this place attracts tourist more, yet any outbreak can plea large number of lives.
4. Black Sand
This would be the reaction of most people of the world that do black sand really exist? But for Bali citizens it is an ordinary thing. Black sands are created because of the host of volcanoes. Even if you are hostile to being dirty, you won’t be able to curb the black beauty beach especially during night time.
5. The land of two seasons
Bali has only two seasons: one is the dry season (April to October) and second is the wet season (October to April). But overall the temperature remains constrain. Bali people enjoys a tropical climate. So, Bali is the best place to be visit in the year.
