Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. It has a really strong effect on your mind and body. Fear can create strong signals of response when we’re in emergencies – as an example, if we are caught during a fire or are being attacked. It also can become when you’re faced with non-dangerous events, like exams, speechmaking, a new job, a date, or maybe a celebration. It’s a natural response to a threat which will be either perceived or real. Some people become overwhelmed by fear and need to avoid situations which may make them frightened or anxious. It is often hard to interrupt this cycle, but there are many ways to try to to it. You can learn to feel less fearful and to deal with fear in order that it doesn’t stop you from living.
Face your fear if you can-
If you usually avoid situations that scare you, you would possibly stop doing belongings you want or got to do.
