All India Football Federation or AIFF has organized the matches as part of exposure tour, in coordination with SAI. The tour was designed so as to give top notch preparation to the U19 players for the coming Hero I-league season and U19 AFC championship qualification in 2019.

National Team Director Abhishek Yadav believes that when the team will play against top 50 youth national teams, it will definitely have a significant impact.
