Education is one of the most important aspects of our lives. It is immensely important for a student to feel comfortable in a classroom. The teacher has to play a major role on that front. The teacher has to continuously keep the classroom environment healthy, positive, innovative and light. An efficient teacher comes up with diverse ideas that make learning easy and less stressful. A teacher is the one who teaches the students how to behave, talk, and represent themselves. The teacher explains to the students that they are one single class and they have to act with unity. Also, it is very important for each and every student to be aware of the qualities of their classmates. One such innovative activity is the creation of the class resume. Class resume creation is an innovative practice of jotting down the qualities, features, qualifications of students of a class in one single document. The teacher should explain to his/ her students the importance of a resume and how a resume is a depiction of their class. This activity shall prove extremely useful in chalking out the names of those students who are more talented than the others in one aspect or the other. A student may be excellent in speaking a foreign language whereas the other one may possess an expertise in dancing or singing. This helps the students to understand that who they should turn to for different types of helps.
