Kettlebells are basically iron weights which range from 5lbs to 100lbs that are ball shaped and includes a handle for efficient gripping. This sport was discovered in Russia and became populare in the U.S. a long time ago and gained prominence worldwide with a lot of classes, videos and books. Kettlebell provides a series of training using dynamic moves which targets every feature of fitness like Endurance, strength, balance, cardiovascular endurance etc. This is a challenging and easy sport because it only involves one equipment. People who practice kettlebell hold the ball in one or both the hands and perform a series of activities like the two arm swing, snatching, high pull etc. This exercise targets the core of your body in a whole new way and stabilizes it while weight swings up or down. The other moves include power from the legs and hips to move the weight as such type of body movements are missing in other exercises. The kettlebell training has a lot of advantages like better posture, improves coordination and agility, prevents athletes from injuries and is very efficient for improving back pain. This exercise makes you more capable of performing other sports.
