As academic performance, interpersonal dynamics, and personal expectations become increasingly challenging for students who are in an age of stress and pressure, mental health services at schools are gaining more importance. This realization is already a part of the educational landscape of the whole world. More schools are striving to mix mental health, among others, with academic achievement. This paradigm does not flow with the traditional conceptions where the most important part is to train healthy minds but also ensures that students succeed and find happiness.

The Mental Health Crisis in Education:

The last decade brought to light the ever-growing issues of students’ mental health. We have been faced with the problem which is when it comes to stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions that have continually been appearing and increasing among children and adolescents.
