
New Campaign “Asli Tarraki” Launched

The Ministry of Urban Development will launch a new campaign known as “Asli Tarraki”, which will focus on cleaning six cities of National Capital Region. If the plan succeeds it will be replicated in other states as well.
Around 450 young enthusiastic men and women have been chosen having “communication skills and leadership qualities” as “lead motivators” to increase alertness under the Swachh Bharat Mission.
A spokesperson of the Ministry of Urban Development stated that a MoU has been signed by Nehru Yuvak Kendra (NYK). According to the MoU NYK will arrange 50 highly motivated individuals who have prior experience in public speaking for 52 days in five municipal areas of Delhi, Faridabad, Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon.
