Editorials News | Nov-13-2017
The CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella has announced partnership with Ola and said that the company is a stack of tools on quantum computing. He said this in his latest visit to India. Microsoft is focused on building what it believes is the next big technology after its all hard work already done on cloud and artificial intelligence.
Satya Nadella recently visited India to launch and promote his book Hit Refresh. He also mentioned the sad fact that despite having AI, mixed reality and cloud, the real situation of our computational problems is such that we still cannot resolve some difficult problems. These hardest problems are those that we face as a society like producing food enzymes or conductors that ensure no loss of energy. Such problems became their inspiration to start working on the next big technology.
Nadella added that they are working on quantum and are trying to bring in the world – class Mathematician, physicist and scientist to work on it.
