Being Human species live on the earth for so many millions of years we have developed ourselves from stone age period and till now we are developing ourselves. But we humans are unaware of many surprises that are present in a universe. In this modern world where technology has advanced to such a great extent if we talk only about our solar system, we are aware of only a few facts that are but the solar system is full of surprises. Let us know about some unknown facts about our solar system.
(1) Our solar system is 4.6 billion years old.
(2) The planet of our solar systems like a Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars are made up of rocks, and planets like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune are made up of gases.
(3) Pluto is a rocky planet and it is at the very end of our solar system and we are still confused whether it is in our solar system or not.
(4) Pluto is also known as a Dwarf planet and there is many more dwarf planet in our solar system like Eris it is bigger than Pluto and the solar system has many more dwarf planets like Haumea, Makemake, and Ceres.
(5) Saturn has 2 moons which is the most number of most buy any planet which revolves around it.
(6) Venus is a very strange planet because it spins clockwise on its Axis, unlike other planets which rotate anticlockwise on its Axis. The wind speed of Venus is 93 times higher than what we experience on Earth due to these winds rotation of Venus is 50 times faster.
(7) Pluto is a small planet as we all know but the diameter of Pluto is even smaller than our width.
(8) The sun is a leader of the solar system and it comprises 99.86% mass of the solar system the remaining planets, asteroids, and meteoroids comprise 0.14 % mass of the solar system.
(9) The moon of Saturn "Lepidus" is the only moon of the solar system that is of two colors first part is dark in color and the other is light in color.
(10) The biggest volcano of our solar system is Olympus Mons located on Mars it can cover the state of Arizona and its height is three times the height of Mount Everest.
(11) If any two metals made up of the same material get in contact with each other they will get permanently get attached this phenomenon is known as cold welding.
