Students Develop Cooler That Runs Via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

We all have heard about the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices like speakers, watch, earphones, headphones but we have not heard about the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth coolers yet.
Yes, in Rajasthan, students of Bhartiya Skill Development University (BSDU) have developed a cooler that runs via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Mr. Kumar along with the two students Manoj and Vikas manufactured the cooler within 15 days. Out of which only 2 days were taken for the conceptualizing the idea was discussed.
While speaking to IANS, Colonel Raj Kumar, Chief, BSDU, says that the machine can be connected with your phone or tablet via an android app and with Apple soon and the best part is it can be operated from anywhere!
He further told; the cooler has fans that will automatically turn it off if the temperature turns extremely cold as it is equipped with a 12W-2.4W power adapter. It has been given an option to manage it manually. Furthermore, the cooler has sensors, if the mercury gets too low, the motor’s sensor will automatically shut. While experimenting with technology, the machine of their own brands that produce air-conditioners working via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth could be produced in Rajasthan.
The machine’s life span is more than 60 years and it saves power. It also has water-saving technology in which the machine will be shut when the temperature becomes too low. Besides, it is based on ‘Go-Green’. The release of carbon can be controlled by the machine.
In the university, each of the student is being trained via the Swiss Dual system of skills development. "Dual" means learning theory in vocational school and practical training on the job in the industry told by Brig (Dr.) S S Pabla, Pro-Chancellor, BSDU, Jaipur.
He further said, that today, “Quantity Training" can solve the problem rather than focusing on “Quality Training”. Problems of unemployment and genuine Skills Universities are prevalent. To change India, the education system must be changed just like the way forward lies in skills Universities they had brought up.
