Editorials News | Apr-13-2020
Power comes from sincere service.
Rightly said by M.K. Gandhi, “Man becomes great exactly in the degree in which he works for the welfare of his fellowmen.” A wise mentor is what a fellow needs in his struggle at every step. Not everyone can be a great leader, but all those who can tolerate even the miserable conditions for the purpose of servility can lead the group.
The key ways to become a great leader:-
‘Patience and passage of time do more than strength and fury.’ A determinant leader upholds the collaboration with patience. Even war can be achieved with patience. Therefore, if you want to lead a group, the first and foremost quality, you should have within you, is PATIENCE.
None but the brave deserves the fair. In fact, fortune also favors the brave. Thus, a proud leader must be courageous, just for the fact, that his teammates could trust him and he could stand bravely against any cause. The COURAGE of leaders always assures the audience of their betterment.
A responsible leader doesn’t wait for an opportunity to come; rather he creates it himself. If you want to become a great leader, you should have the caliber to inspire others and above all, one ought to remember the mantra of kindness.
A leader is always judged on his manner of service. When people are stressed or depressed, they always look up to their leader. Consequently, a leader must act optimistically in every situation. A great leader can bring evolution in a million lives.
