Health is that term which can be taken care of or taken for granted. When we start losing our health, we start to lose confidence, affect personal or physical life of the people. There are many steps to maintain your good health dealing with emotional, physical and mental health.

 

1. Healthy Diet:

One should give emphasis on fruits and vegetables. Healthy diet is full of nutrition, protein and carbohydrates. Vitamins are an easy to get this from fruits and vegetables. These are totally nutrition based not calories based. Most of the fruits and vegetables are good for you but some are better for you to consume as per your daily routine.

Add lean meat, low fat products and whole grains. When you go for the good fruits and vegetables then try to mix with it some other element to balance it. When you go for the milk, meat and cheese then go for lean meat, low fat milk and whole grain pasta.

2. Drink water as much as you can:

If you want to look beautiful and healthy, then water is the main element that you have to consume on daily basis. Staying hydrated is part to stay healthy, your hair, skin, digestion and even if you want to lose your weight. According to the studies, you can lose 5LBS in a year if you consume water per litre a day. The reason behind is that drinking water keeps you full and cold water increase your metabolism. Drinking about 17 ounces of cold water increases your 30 % of metabolism. 

3. Eat good fat:

There are many vegetables that we don’t eat but good in fat. Fats are necessary for shiny hair, good nails and good digestion. Unsaturated fats are also important. All saturated fats include trans fats like Olives, avocado and nuts

4. Exercise:

If you plan to live your life as you want to live size bigger then exercise is the main key to achieve it. If you don’t use your brain you will use it, it goes same with your muscle as well. CDC recommends that person should exercise about 150 minutes a week which includes some cardio and some strength building exercise.
