Examination usually leads to a lot of tension and anxiety commonly known as examination phobia in most of the students. Students are mostly worried of what to study, how to study and how to score good marks. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting Class 10th Board Examination 2019 from the month of February and it is now mandatory for the students to appear in board exams. As the time comes nearer, students become more nervous and tensed which is quite normal. All what students must keep in mind is that an irregular and a non-systematic study can lead to loss of marks in the examination.
Mathematics has always been tough for most of the students. In order to achieve higher marks in 10th Mathematics board exam, 2019, students must follow and complete the entire syllabus from the NCERT Class 10th Mathematics book to understand the concepts of each and every chapter since we know that the question paper of the board examination is always NCERT- based. Once NCERT is done, students must also go through extra books like RD Sharma, RS Aggarwal to have a broader view of the questions to be asked in the paper. The best way to memorize the formulae and statements of theorems is to write all of these on an A3 sized sheet in a bigger font size and place it in that corner of the room o that it is always in front of the eyes. This not only helps you to learn and recall all the formulae but also makes it easy to memorize. While studying students must arrange the units according to their weight (in the context of marks) in a decreasing order. The chapters that can lead you score more marks in the question paper should be practiced more. Before going for exam, one must do the revision thoroughly and try to solve sample papers available on internet. While solving these papers, do put timer in order to ensure time management. Once you are in an examination hall, remember not to be nervous and read the question paper carefully. First, you must attempt those questions which you are sure about and put the number of steps while solving your question as you will get marks for steps. Make sure you draw all figures with scale and pencil and solve the question paper in serial order from 1 to 30. If you don’t know the solution for a particular question, leave the space for that. Last but not the least, one must never lose patience during the exam. If you do not know the answer to any question, do not lose your patience. Remember, the more you practice, the more you can score in exams.
