Unemployment Problems in 2020

Job losses and increasing unemployment are a problem of grave concern since the pandemic started. The worsening economic conditions before the pandemic and therefore the resulting lockdown suffered a further blow when the whole nation had to be locked reception.
The recently published International Labour Organisation report together with the Asian Development Bank says that 41 lakh youth have lost their jobs thanks to the pandemic and predicts that 61 lakh jobs are going to be lost by the top of the year. Most of the roles within the country need the worker to travel bent perform their duties and these are the roles that affected the foremost during the lockdown. "The consequence has been destructive but, the govt policy project doesn't show anything. Experts have recommended that India must create jobs, that has not been complete. On paper, it shows that the work is done, but the people, when asked said, they are posing for work but they haven't got anything yet! We have got a skill that is not being applied! The government and therefore, industries are trying to make a myth! As skilled workers are scarce, The Indian government isn't getting to do anything and neither will the businesses. It is up to the person to upskill. The institutions still manage to teach the graduates the hard skills, but the matter lies with the soft skills like communication, teamwork ability etc. There must be a transformation right from school to instil more confidence within the students with better soft skills alongside the hard skills that they're learning.
