Which Is More Competent: NASA Or ISRO

According to reports and studies, NASA has larger workforce than compared to what ISRO currently has. Although this might seem as a repeating part, but obviously, the funding which each of these organisation receives cannot be compared. To put further things into perspective, the total budget calculated annually for NASA is 1218.34 billion whereas for ISRO it is 90.94 billion. One can feel the difference in funds which is so obvious.
NASA’s workforce comprises of employees from within America and also to international level. Even reports suggest that there are considerable numbers of Indians who are working there. This in direct sense means that they have a large pool of various talents, which the organisation is furthermore extracting in a much better way.
Many projects have been till now executed by NASA was collaborative in nature. For example the ISS [International space station] was built together by the hard work and talent of 16 countries. However, the case is completely different for ISRO, as it completes missions without any assistance from other foreign countries. And also the fact is that, it is not technologically feasible for any single space agency to build ISS alone.
If we talk about time limit and success rate associated with any mission, I think, ISRO has always topped the list. With its workhorse PSLV (Polar satellite launch vehicle) the success rate of ISRO is now estimated to be 93% which a high percentage. And this has been considered to be one of the most rich and reliable mode of transport of satellites.
Contrary to this NASA doesn’t even have a single space vehicle for the purpose of transportation. Although, Orion is still in the process and is in its infantry stage thus it didn’t qualify for implementation.
ISRO was founded and got its commencement in the year when Neil Armstrong set his foot on the moon. Thus, this it suggests the technological gap between the 2 agencies.
The motto and vision of both the agencies is totally different from each other
NASA → "To reach for new heights and reveal the unknown so that what we do and learn will benefit all humankind"
ISRO → "Our vision is to harness space technology for national development, while pursuing space science research and planetary exploration"
Thus, we can witness a striking difference between these two and this itself broadens the gap for comparison of 2 agencies.
