Who Inspired Kevin Durant?

Each of us has an inspiration and so does Kevin Durant. The eight time NBA All-Star said that there are certain people who inspire him. He said that everyone in the culture ranging from Clive Davis to P Diddy to Jay Z has been inspiring me. He also added that every black figure who has been doing for such a long time has given me the energy to work even harder.

Durant states that he has been listening to rap and R&B music all his life and was also quite fascinated by the HBO documentary-“The Defiant Ones “, that showed the detailed stories of Jovine and Dr. Dre about how they got together and helped in changing the culture.

Kevin Durant says that he tries to apply the same attitude to his practice and play. In short all he tries is to get just one per cent better every day.
