The immune system is the build-up of a series of cells, tissues, and organs that protect us from any pathogens who intend to invade our bodies. These tissues and organs are the ones that ensure our health by resisting any infection that comes in our body. Although every age group needs to consider and eat foods that build immunity, for children, it is necessary to have a healthy and immunity-boosting diet. The building of strong immunity starts from childhood. An infant gets much of his/ her from the mother's milk. Over time, their system matures and becomes strong to fight from any disease.
