History plays a key role in every field. It is important to know and understand that how people used to study 10000 years ago and how progress happened gradually. The Indian culture was very rich at one point of time. At one point of time in history the universities of Nalanda, Takshashila and other Indian institutes were in the position that in the present day the American universities are. In the olden days, India used to be a. great destination for students to learn and grab knowledge. We feel proud of this fact and this forms a part of our culture and history. Freedom fighters and leaders like Tilak and Malviya opened many colleges and schools in order to ensure education for students post freedom struggle. Taking inspiration from such a vibrant history of India, the government is working on the proposal of building the national museum of educational history. PM Modi is highly supportive of this initiative. It is the first time ever that India has got such a PM who is very passionate and keen to enhance the Indian heritage and assets. He takes pride in the Indian culture. Use of latest technologies has been made in these museums. The museum shall not only enhance and enlighten people about the Indian heritage but will also fill respect in their hearts for the Indian culture. He further informed that there are ongoing debates related to a university being called deemed or not. There are many legal scenarios involved herein. It is hoped that soon a university shall be termed as a university. The government is working to chalk out a policy in that regard. Quality education should be the basis of any university.
