Another emergent culture regards e-sports, professional competitive video game play destined for millions of players and spectators. However, beneath the surface of this booming industry lies a concerning reality:

Organized sports have compressed demands that come with competition, training schedules, and high-profile games in a way that it often affects the players’ mental health. Common issues include:

Anxiety and Stress:
High stakes bring in fears, pressure, and competition that sink productivity as well as bring in stress and anxiety.

Burnout:
This makes candidates develop physical and mental fatigue due to long hours of practice, sleepless nights, as well as always on the road.

Depression:
Some of the impacts may include depression, unnoticed self-esteem, seclusion, criticism, and vBIT scrutiny.

Addiction:
The desire to play and the desire to get better can be nearly constant, and this constant engagement is not healthy; it disrupts relationships and reality.
