Stress is a natural feeling. It is any condition that brings out negative thoughts and emotions in a person.
Though stress can be both negative as well as positive. Stress, however, is good in small quantities as it motivates the students and makes them more productive as well as helps them adapt in challenging situations. For example, doing homework under due date makes the students disciplined but too much stress may lead to depression.
Students even experience an increased homework load due to the pressure from the teachers which add to their stress level. When students experience high levels of stress, regardless of their age or grade, it can interfere with their ability to learn, memorize, and earn good grades.
We can always put an end to our stress by listening to some music, reading a good book, and so on. Listening to music can ease your mind. A weekend gateway with family is the answer to your stress.
After all, distracted mind frees you from stress. So, keep calm and breathe deeply. Do your best and forget the stress.
